The room we had was incredibly spacious, featuring a balcony and comfortable beds, allowing for complete privacy. Its location was perfect, just a short distance from the Grand Canal, a vaporetto stop, and nearby restaurants. The staff were all friendly and lovely.

Enjoyed it - the place is exceptionally comfortable and suited me fine. The staff is very very helpful, as well as owner. The double room overlooks garden and includes an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware. Very central location next to the Grand Canal and a ferry stop and transport, and a coffee house and restaurants are close to the hotel.

The decorations at the B&B were absolutely delightful, filled with paintings and antiques from the family collection. The glass chandelier from Murano added a touch of elegance to the ambiance. The charming flowered balcony and small secret garden provided a serene and peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Venice. As a senior woman, I found the general areas of the B&B to be well-maintained and easily accessible. The children working there were always ready to assist me, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working at the B&B in terms of arranging activities specifically tailored for senior guests like myself.
